CASTING INFORMATION
When you submit a casting application, we collect the information and materials you provide, including contact details, role selections, location, availability, headshot, resume or experience, reel link, and your Savannah and SCAD responses.
HOW WE USE IT
We use this information only to review casting submissions, contact applicants about this production, and administer the casting process. It is not sold or used for marketing.
ACCESS AND RETENTION
Casting information is restricted to authorized members of The Orange Grove production team. Applications may remain in our production records after a role is closed unless deletion is requested or retention is no longer reasonably necessary.
YOUR CHOICES
You may update, withdraw, or request deletion of a submission by contacting the production office at filmmaker@wolunwolun.com.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Casting submissions are accepted only from individuals who are 18 or older.
